The next meeting will be held at the Big Springs Historical Society in Caledonia, at 12:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2008. Our guest speaker will be Francois Lachance, manager of the Star of the West Milling Co. in Churchville. Star of the West is the oldest commercial mill in the Genesee region. Francois has prepared a wonderful Power Point presentation on the history of this mill and the history of commercial milling in general. This is something that you dont want to miss. Thanks to Gwen Donato and Pat Mead for arranging this for us.
