- These research
and information pages contain a variety
of materials to assist the interested
individual or student with their
academic or personal research and
studies. To prepare the student for
examinations there are
sample questionss which can be used for
such topics as: Consitutional Law, Ethics,
Torts and Negligence, White Collar Criminal
Law and Jurisprudence, Business Associations,
Environmental Law and Disability Law.
There are also papers on disabilities
including a government titled paper on
learning disabilities and a research paper I
authored concerning the history of the IDEA
as well as Trust and Estate
planning. In
addition, pages which will link students
to independent and university research
sources are available. For beginning
law students there are
several pages which will explain the
Socratic method, how to read basic legal
citations, and how to brief a case for your
first classes.
For those students in financial
economic pursuits there are pages that direct
you to valuable investment research
sites. There are also sample
examinations for quantitative analysis.
Statistics
Students will find links to help them with
their studies and in some cases links to
calculators which will take much of the
guesswork out of basic statistics.
