Yani was my first long coated German Shepherd. She was bred by Delhein Kennels, Auckland New Zealand. She is a beautiful sable German Shepherd Dog who came into this world for a reason. That reason was to teach and help people understand the terrible affliction of Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. This incredible dog has not only endeared herself to all those in the veterinary profession that have come into contact with her because of the way she has accepted all treatment procedures and tests with a calm and loving nature, never getting cross or impatient but she also exhibits the strongest will to survive despite the odds being stacked against her.
