Gosh time sure flies, It is now November 2003. Skye has been such a delight, she has grown into the most beautiful girl you could imagine. Hogan and her are inseparable. There is never a cross growl between them. Her early life has left scars which I fear will be permanent. She is terrified of being 'shut in'. Even knowing that the car will take her to places of great fun, and she loves going there she is always at the very rear of the ute compartment, hiding in the corner and can't wait to get out. I still cannot get her into the actual seating area of a car without her being totally freaked out. Thankfully her travels with me do not require her to be in a car.
She commenced agility training and was doing very well indeed, then due to an accident to myself she had to cease that training but as soon as my movement is back from the fractures to my arm that training will resume.
Skye has a really loving nature and loves to bring you presents. When I come home she will race around to find something to bring me, if she can't find a toy I will get a leaf, or twig but she has to give me something. She approaches with the object held so gently and gives little squeaks as if she is giving you the most treasured thing she could find. It really is so sweet. This little girl has come a long way. She is a precious one that I feel truly blessed to have come into my life.
