Don't worry! I will not try to make an extensive journey report over Indonesia, nor try to describe the country and its traditions, nor try to give a statement about the geo-political-economical situation here. How could I? ;-) Many specialists have already been writing about this wonderful and still mysterious country.
More simply, I just would like to share my first impressions with you, and propose to you some snapshots of mine.
But how can I describe the colors, the landscapes, such a melting pot of cultures and religions, some overpopulated areas, when others are completely empty and where wildlife still reigns? How to bring together in a few words only the volcanoes, the white rhinos, the java tigers, the jungle, the komodo dragons, the Sunda straights, Java, Jakarta and the cities, the social problems and the richness of the 17.000 islands of the Indonesian archipelago?
