Bigby After Dark
Bigby is a small, enchanting little town with a population of 27, nestled in the valley of two hills almost 9 metres (30 feet) high!
'Laid-back' is the phrase-of-the-day in Bigby... so laid-back, in fact, that all the houses are built at a 45 degree angle.
No-one seems to work in Bigby, and when they do, they don't seem to actually do anything.
No-one really has to work, ever since the town dug a new well and stuck a hole in an oil pipeline which now
gushes almost 30 barrels of crude everyday. And, from the tidy profit they make selling the oil back to Petro-Canada, the entire
town has been able to replace all the Summer Sales Catalogues with actual rolls of toilet paper made from 100% recycled paper! (Except
for Old Miss Elderby, who doesn't mind flaunting her wealth by purchasing a brand with the name written in pretty blue letters that
match the only dress she's ever worn for 73 years.)
So, join me in this little historical tour as I show you Bigby After Dark.
