"Give me God's Arrow. I am prepared to use it!"
Uriah Bishop

While the crucible is separated, Matthew and Agent Bradford attempt to communicate further with Abel. Shep, through the Orphic Circle and the hive-mind the crucible shares, transmits to Matthew images in Enochian which Matthew then projects upon Abel through his Bedlam Horror . As the group learns that Abel actually has an almost worshipping view towards the Malfeans, Andrew learns from a phone call that Uriah Bishop is still active. Frighteningly, the bastard had used his virus thorn upon far too many spirits that destroying him was now nearly impossible. And through Annie Harper, his ex-lover, Bishop gained an ear into the group's hive-mind! When Uriah Bishop make a move to take God's Arrow from them, Matthew and Bradford escape with Abel back through the Stormwall, knowing the void between the Wasteland and the lands of the Quick would sever the Hive-mind.

While the group attempts to regather their forces and strategy, and move enroute to New York City where the Archivist's counterpart existed in the Wasteland, Matthew's group is forced to escape a looming Maelstorm with Tom Hayes and Abel in tow. Tom Hayes separates from Matthew's group, determined to delay Bishop as long as he could. Matthew, Bradford and Abel jury-rig a ruined bi-plane from the wreck of the Wasteland and begin their perilous journey to the Necropolis of New York City.

"I'm sorry. But do you have a plan Andrew? Uriah does. And time's up.
