From the sky, something only spooks could sense strikes the Two Towers Complex in Boston, causing miles-wide destruction in its wake. With the news riding on earlier reports of terrorist warnings and supposed biological warfare (rumors actually instigated by the Lazarus Redux group in hopes of getting the unsuspecting people to evacuate the area), the media, the police and the federal bureau descend upon the scene to save the lives they can and make sense of the events that have unfolded.
But between the two buildings is something from neither space nor time, but rather something from both mixed into one unexplainable structure. And from within, a ghost escapee is found... one who surprisingly asks her rescuers if they were Spectres... and get's disappointed when they admit they are not.
