Tom Hayes, Orphan Grinder With Tom Hayes back with the crucible, the former Spectre requests for the Crucible to help him find his daughter. Encountering her in an old pet cemetary, the group also faces what could only be described as a new form of spectre: a human figure wrapped in leather and in chains with a strange umbillical like chain attached into the mid-air. Tom Hayes seems strangely vulnerable to the Spectres and the encounter with his Vitality-rich double makes the Crucible wonder what the hell may be going on this time.
