Submitting any film, print, slide, or negative to this firm for processing, printing, or other purpose constitutes an agreement by you that if any such film or print is damaged or lost by us, our agent, or any subsidiary company, it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed film and processing unless you have declared a higher value and have paid the premium for that value in advance.

Except for such replacement, the handling of such film or prints by us is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded even though damage or loss is caused by our negligence or other fault.
