Welcome to the Team Rocket Motto Page. As I'm sure you're aware, Jessy and James have a habit of changing their motto to suit the particular occassion, usually accompanied by a disguise. As I'm sure you're also aware, with these two clowns, the costumes are often bizarre (and usually cross-dressed).
