Delvin is a village in north-east Westmeath, 12 miles outside Mullingar, and 22 miles from Navan. It has a population of nearly 600 in the village centre, not to mention a huge hinterland stretching as far as the borders with Collinstown, Turin, Clonmellon and Athboy. Delvin G.A.A. Club was founded in 1888 and has been at the forefront of Westmeath Gaelic games ever since.

Pictured (left) is the Clubhouse and dressing rooms at the Park, situated on the Mullingar road. The wonderful painting at the gable end of the building was painted by Patrick Kelleghan to mark Delvin's involvement in hosting the 2003 Feile na nGael tournament.
