| The Delta Sig House is located near downtown Minneapolis, and is only a 5 min. walk away from Moos Tower, making it the closest dental fraternity to the dental school. The house has 12 rooms on 3 different floors. There is also a common room where people watch T.V. and relax, a gameroom with a pool table, pingpong, and foosball, and a computer room with HIGH SPEED CABLE MODEM internet access. This high speed access is available in every room as well! Other ammenities that come with living at the house is free parking, cable tv, local phone calls, washer and dryer. Outside there is a grill to use at your convenience. There is also a labroom where you can do your own dental labwork.
