Toastmasters is the best place to jump in and work on our goals. We are all here to support each other. We all have our strong points and weak points. You have the opportunity to work on your skills in an arena designed to help you reach your potential. We can make mistakes in the forgiving environment of our clubs.
Therefore, let each of us encourage our new members as they take their baby steps. Let us remember where we came from. Volunteer to do Table Topics or be the Toastmaster. Take on the role you fear most. You can be a role model for someone else. You can be the person you want to be.
