All Delta Premier Toastmasters are encouraged to participate in the Mentoring Program.
Mentoring is a great way to develop your coaching skills while helping new Toastmasters to progress and achieve their goals.
Mentors help new Toastmasters etablish and meet their objectives and to fulfill the Mentoring Program's guidelines.
At the end of the club year, the Mentors and Mentees will be awarded for their efforts and achievements at the Awards Ceremony.
Present first speech four (4) weeks after joining -
Present second speech four (4) weeks after first speech -
Serve in four (4) meeting roles within six (6) months (i.e., timer, grammarian) -
Participate in Table Topics (*TTP) within six (6) months -
Serve as Table Topics Master (*TTM) within six (6) months -
