A: Pretty much every week. We have a couple of weeks off at Christmas and there are a few weeks during the year when most members are attending conventions....but other than that we are there most Saturdays.
Q2. What time do you start playing games
A: Well......in theory....12.00...However, people tend to turn up between 12 and 12.30, then they order a meal, then they have a chat etc so you will usually get a game if you arrive before 1.00. We also play a couple of biggish games each week and finish with card games....so, If you don't get there right at the start there are usually people who are looking for something to play right upto the end of the day.
Q3. Will it cost me anything
A: No....errr...and yes. The meeting room is made available to us by the people at the Beerhouse. They don't charge us any rent.......but......they DO expect us to buy drinks etc from them. They have a range of 12 real ales always available, bottle Belgian Beers, Real Ciders, wines, shorts as well as coke and lemonade etc. The food is good as well.....Seems only fair to me that we give them some custom in return for their generosity!.
Q4. Can I bring my little brother with me.
A: No.....simple....We are on pub premises........Children are NOT allowed. You must be at least 16 to attend. It also means that we can play more adult type games without having to worry about the content.
