Russian Guard

A basic guard of the old Russian Govt.  This guy wields an AK-47. and uses it well. Since most of the time he's found outside, he wears a winter cap, and a large winter coat.

Russian Elite Soldier

The official soldier of the govt.  He uses a Beneli combat shotgun.  These guys are found in military bunkers and such.  You'll also find them in groups, so watch out.

Scientist

Scientists working for the govt, making nuclear weapons and tactical missles.  They are weak, and use a .9mm pistol issued to them when they enter a complex.

Civilians

Simple, these guys live here.  If they see you, however, they will whip out their guns and start shooting.
