Delta at the Aria Awards

On Tuesday the 21st of October Delta had put her chemotherapy on hold so she could fufill a childhood dream and attend the Australian Aria Awards in which she had been nominated for ten awards. She looked abosolutely amazing, desipte being sick in a Lisa Ho dress. She was the first female artist in the history of the record industry awards to receive 10 nominations in one year. Delta is also the first artist to be nominated with three different songs in the Highest Selling Single category. She had wanted to perform at the awards however due to her illness could not make it possible. However Darren Hayes sang Lost Without You as a tribute, which brought the Angel herself to tears."I thought I was doing so well but as soon as he sang that song I just lost it," Delta said.
