The Family Home:
Seneca Parkway



The Carmichael Family home was located on 276 Seneca Parkway in Rochester. It was a very fashionable place to live, and was valued at $20,000 at the time of the 1930 Federal Census.

Diane remembers that the Marquardt family visited Granny and Poppy at Seneca Parkway every Sunday, where they had a roast beef dinner in the huge dining room. The children later enjoyed playing the piano.
