The Department of Nobility is responsible for granting titles of nobility within the Empire. It is also responsible for the accepting of nominations to the Imperial Council. To become a noble one must first be a citizen of the Empire. One must also be living in a principality or province at the time of the request. There also has be evidence of a certian contribution to the Empire by the one who is applying for nobility. After a title is given to one, it remains in the family but may be revoked by reason of criminal activity or treason. |
