| As pronounced in our constitution we accept all people of every way of life to join in citizenship in our Empire. The Empire of Deloraine-Cavers citizenship can be attained by all, from anywhere in the world. It does not require that you give up your currnet citizenship but embraces you keeping it and having both. We take all applications of citizenship and review them in the Imperial Assembly, then it moves up the chain untill it is signed by the Kaisers Dexter and Sinister. Once the Kaisers' signatures are on your form you are a citizen. You will then have all the rights of a citizen of the Empire evan if you are living abroad. Your full or real name are not required, however a valid e-mail is required for contacting you, information about where you live is to determine if you are living abroad or within the Empire's boarders.
