South on Rt 13: Turn right onto Rt 20 West (at McDonald�s). Go 1.5 miles through 4 traffic lights, over the railroad overpass and turn left onto Porter Street (you will see a blue carwash). Go 2 blocks and the Seaford Public Library will be on your right.
North on Rt 13: Turn left onto Rt. 20 West in Seaford (at McDonald�s). Follow rest of directions above.
From Reliance: At Maryland state line proceed east on Rt. 20 to Seaford. Go through 4 traffic lights and turn right onto Porter St. Go 2 blocks and the Seaford Public Library will be on your right.
Use the walkway on the right side of the building---it will lead you to the conference room which is slightly behind the library.
