  • Saturn is a giant ball of colored gas with a rocky center. Noone has seen under its cover of haze and clouds. Scientists don't think it has a solid surface. Saturn has many pretty rings around it.
    The rings are made out of bits of ice and rock that go around the planet.
    Saturn is freezing cold at the top of the clouds. It is very hot at its center.
