Advantages:
-> Specialisation is more efficient
-> Able to fully understand and appreciate the situation, and thus able to address the problems and apply the correct solution
-> Break up into phases will make team more focused on their task at the moment -> Ensures that deadline is met

Disadvantages:
-> Personal judgement is needed to determine at which stage of the diagram we are in, and errors in judgement may lead to inefficient allocation of resources.
-> Reassignment of job scopes give rise to problems, such as time taken to readjust to new job etc. This will cause unnecessary delay.

Changes:
We should not do any software assessment in the Inception phase. Hence the allocation should be:
Software Management: 70%
Software Architecture: 20%
Software Development 10%
Software Assessment 0%.

In the Elaboration phase, the allocation should be as follows:
Software Management: 10%
Software Architecture: 60%
Software Development 20%
Software Assessment 10%.

In the construction phase, the allocation should be:
Software Management: 10%
Software Architecture: 10%
Software Development 60%
Software Assessment 20%.

Finally in the Transition Phase, the allocation should be:
Software Management: 10%
Software Architecture: 10%
Software Development 20%
Software Assessment 60%
