Know where your clothes come from.

Unfortunately, there is no universal label that tells if an item was made in a sweatshop or not. Look for Fair Trade or Union labels for safe choices, or do some online research about the labor practices of the stores where you usually shop.

The Union Mall links to retailers that are stocked exclusively by union shops and worker owned cooperatives.
