Beer-Cheese Dip
Southwestern Dip
1 � c sour cream
� c mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp ground cumin
� tsp chili powder
� tsp garlic salt
� tsp onion powder
� tsp paprika
1 c shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso chopped green chiles
crisp flatbread pieces or small tortilla chips
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese, chiles and flatbread pieces. Stir in cheese and chiles. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors. Serve with flatbread pieces or chips.
