Chapter 8: Amanda and Mikey’s dinner
So, Amanda got dressed up and then met Mikey down at the lobby. He was surprised when Amanda got down to the lobby
“You look very nice tonight Amanda.” Mikey said.
“Thanks.” Amanda said. Mikey took Amanda out to a wonderful restaurant. They sat down at a table and Mikey just kept looking at her while remembering what jr said. They ordered their food and drinks. Then they talked about things and he asked Amanda if she would like to walk on the beach.
“Yes I would love too.” Amanda said.
As they were walking down the beach, Mikey got on his hands and knees and said, “Amanda, would you marry me?”
“Can I think about it first?” Amanda said.
“Ok that’s fine,” replied Mikey.
Then they walked on the beach for a while and then they headed back to the hotel. Mikey was so excited that he decided to run upstairs and tell jr but before he left, he gave Amanda another kiss and said good bye. Amanda then went to see Ashley and tell her about the good news.
“So, did he ask you?” Ashley asked.
“Yes he did.” Amanda replied. “I told him the same thing you told Jr.”
“Ok.” Ashley said.
Then it was getting late anyways, so Amanda and Ashley decided to go to bed.
