Chapter 32: Mike’s plan
Mike takes them all outside and say, “Alright, Jeff and Jimmie at this end well the rest of you at the other end. This has gone way to far so I’m taking this to the police and they can deal with it since I’m sick of it.”
So, all of them go to the police station. When they get there, Mike goes up to the desk and tells the secretary the report.
“Ok,” the secretary says. “I will get a officer for you.”
Mike goes back to where they all are standings and chatting in their groups. “Ok. There will be a officer coming over to talk with you guys,” Mike tells them.
“Fine with me,” Jr says. “If this is how we gonna have to make this stop, I’m ok with it since I agree it is real frustrating with you Mike.”
“Ok,” Mike says.
Jr goes back to where he was talking with his group and says, “Listen, we got a lot of things we can say. First thing, Gordon hurt my side. Second thing, Jimmie hurt Kevin’s arm. Third thing, Jimmie almost gave Mikey a stomach ach…correct?”
“Right,” Mikey agrees.
“And in the book of charges, this is harassment, correct?” Robby double-checks.
“I think it is harassment but I am not sure,” replies Jr.
“The definition of harassment is…to keep bothering someone when they keep telling you no and second, to invade their privacy,” Kevin explains. “Well, they have done that.”
“Ok,” Jr says. “Thanks for letting us know that.”
“Anytime,” Kevin says.
Then the officer comes over and says, “Can you follow me please?”
“Sure.” Jr says.
Jr, Mikey, Robby, Kevin, Tony Jr and crew follow the officer. The officer takes them into a room and closes the door behind him.
“Tell me what is happening.” The officer says.
“Ok,” Jr starts. “Me and my friends here keep getting bothered by Jimmie, Jeff and Jimmie’s crew when we are trying to have some of are fun or sometimes get are job done.”
“Ok,” the officer says. “What have they been doing to you guys?”
“Grabbing us,” Jr answers.
“Who grab who?” Officer asks.
“First scenario…Gordon grabs me and made my side hurt for awhile,” Jr starts to explain. “Kevin got grabbed by Jimmie and has made his arm hurt for awhile and it is still. The next two times they didn’t grab us because we got away. This last scenario, Jimmie grabbed Mikey and almost gave him a stomach ach well Robby got grabbed by Jeff.
“Did Jeff hurt you in anyway Robby?” the official asks.
“No…but here’s the thing with Jr when he got grabbed by Gordon that other time,” Robby recalls. “The pain from that didn’t come in for awhile.”
“Oh ok,” the officer says.
“Now, me and my friends were talking about this,” Jr starts. “Does this go under harassment?”
“Yes it does,” the officer clarifies.
“Ok,” Jr says.
“Let me write this up,” the doctor says as he writes.
Jr looks over at Kevin and Mikey and asks, “Are you guys ok?”
“My arm still hurts a lot but remember the doctor said it will hurt till 5pm today,” Kevin answers. “How bout you Mikey?”
Mikey yawns and says, “I am fine.”
“Two questions for you…are you really sleepy?” Robby asks. “And second, you have that stomach ach or no?”
“I am really sleepy and I don’t have a stomach ache,” Mikey replies.
“Alright, I’m done and I’ll have a talk with the other 2 and get back to you,” the officer reports. “We might need to take this to court but we will have to see.”
“Ok,” Jr says. “Thanks officer.”
“Alright,” Kevin says. “Guys, lets go and see if we are allowed to go get some sleep because I’m tired.”
“Ok,” Jr says.
Kevin comes out and goes over to Jimmie and says, “The officer wants you guys.”
So Jimmie and Jeff walk to the room where the officer is sitting.
“Alright, sit down because I gotta ask you some questions about what the others said,” the officer orders.
“Ok,” Jimmie responds.
“Jeff, Dale Earnhardt Jr told me that in the first attack you hurt his side,” the officer starts the questioning. “Is that true or false?”
“That is false!” Jeff answers.
“Pure fault because the pain didn’t start right after it happened,” Jimmie adds.
“Ok,” the officer says. “Jimmie, what about Kevin’s arm?”
“Give me a break,” Jeff interrupts. “These guys play around a lot so they probably hurt each other when they were playing around.”
“Ok but then Jr said that Jimmie was holding Kevin and hurt his arm,” The officer counters.
Jeff gives Jimmie a little look and says, “Why didn’t you tell me about this?”
“I don’t know,” replies Jimmie.
“Ok,” Jeff says rolling his eyes.
“Ok, that is a true fact,” Jimmie says. “I did hurt his arm well he was trying to get away.”
“Ok,” the officer says. He then writes down and then says, “Now, it is true that you guys did grab them and it is that Jimmie did hurt Kevin’s arm, is that correct?”
“That is correct, officer,” Jimmie says.
“Alright,” the officer says. “Now, Jr said that you keep bothering them in their motor coaches, is that true?”
“Yea,” Jimmie says.
“Ok,” the officer says. “Jr then said that tonight the two of snuck into Robby and Kevin’s room. Jimmie, you grabbed Mikey and almost gave him a stomach ach, correct?”
“Yes,” Jimmie says.
“And Jeff, you did grab Robby, correct?” the officer asks.
“Yes,” Jeff answers.
“Now, why are you bothering Kevin Harvick and Dale Earnhardt Jr a lot yesterday as I see on this pad?” the officer asks.
“Because Jr and Kevin went to talk to me about what happened at California and then I left and then got Jeff and we just started to bother them,” Jimmie answers.
“Ok,” the officer says. “First thing, what is so big about California that had to start this mini war?”
“I can’t remember that much since I am tired,” Jimmie answers.
“Ok,” the officer says. “First thing, what is so big bout California that had to start this mini war?”

“Jeff, what about you?” the officer asks.
“I can’t remember either,” Jeff answers.
“Alright, its like 1:45am so here’s the deal,” the officer starts. “Your loose but you better be here at 10am and also, don’t go near Dale Jr and Kevin. They will be coming so I’ll be getting a night report plus the reason from them. Also, I’ll ask Dale Jr bout the side pain and your answer that they like to ‘play around’."
They both answer ok and they leave to go back to their trailers.
