Chapter 1: The Tour @ DEI
Once upon a time, Amanda and Ashley go to Dale Earnhardt Inc. (DEI) and they ask the clerk if we can take a tour of DEI
�Sure just go that way and u will then see the cars through the window and that is where you start� The Clark told them
So they start walking to the window where they start the tour. Out of no where, this guy jumps out in front of them.
�You scared us for a minute.� Amanda said. �Are you the tour guide?� The guy shakes his head no.
Ashley whispers in Amanda's ear "He might be a criminal"
Amanda whisper back into Ashley ear and says "I think he is a criminal too"
Ashley and Amanda run away from the guy and bump into JR as he is coming back from getting something.
Ashley tells him about the guy.
"Come with me and we will find out who is the guy is?" Dale Jr.�s said. JR gets one of the security guards and they go to where the tour is supposed to start. When they got there... he left
The security guard looked at the two girls and said: "Can u plz tell me what he looked like because if he comes back, I�d like to catch him."
"He is tall and has short brown hair and green eyes� Amanda explains.
"Thanks ladies. Where is Mr. Tour Guide man?� The Security Guard said.
"I will try to find him or I can be your tour guide if you ladies would like me to?" Dale Jr. asked Ashley and Amanda.
�If you aren't busy, yes plz.� Ashley said to JR with a little blink of an eye
�I am not busy at the moment. So I will take you ladies on the tour of DEI" Dale Jr said not noticing the blink Ashley gave him.
Ashley couldn't believe it and decided that she better take a pic of him right now. So, after Ashley took a picture of Jr, They started the tour. JR toke them over to where the cars were inside the glass.
"That was my first ever Busch car that I didn't wreck." JR said as he pointed to one of the racecars. Ashley was so happy to see jr first car that he didn't wreck. She decided to take a picture of Dale Jr.�s old Busch car.
"What are ur favourite driver�s ladies?� Dale Jr. asked the two girls
"I like Michael Waltrip� Amanda said.
"I like you Jr." Ashley said.
�Since I have a meeting with Chance 2 I like 30 mins, I�ll so you each the display case for ur favourite driver.� Dale Jr. said after he looked at his watch at the time.
Amanda and Ashley said �Ok!"
They all walked over to the Mikey display case. After they got there, JR heard Tony Eury Jr. calling him from the shop.
�Well, I have to go and see what Tony Eury Jr. wants.� Dale Jr told the two girls
The girls looked at him and shake their head ok. JR ran off and the girls was looking at the display case
"Do u have a huge crush on jr?" Amanda asked curiously
"Yes I do have a huge crush on jr." Ashley answered.
Amanda thought and then said "I have a idea. Why don't I leave you 2 alone when he comes back so then maybe just maybe he will learn that ur very kool, ok?"
Ashley shakes her head yes and then JR came back.
"I have to go so I'm just going to take a peek at the thing over there and leave, ok?� Amanda said with a little wink to Ashley.
Ashley shakes her head yes and JR said "Fine with me then. Bye."
"Have fun! Bye." Amanda said as she left.
Ashley just keeps looking at the display case and then finally said "Well, I don't know what to say next"
Then Ashley finds a bench, so she decided to sit down and wait for Amanda to come back.
�Are you nervous about talking to me?� JR asked as he looked at her.
�I am kind of nervous to talk to you" Ashley quietly said.
"Listen, there is nothing different between you and me and the rest of the people. I maybe famous, but that�s the only difference." JR said as he sat beside her.
"Ok!" Ashley said as she got more encouraged by what he said.
"I was just like the kids in school now but it just so happened I got to succeed my dream and do what I love." Dale Jr said.
"Kool.� Ashley said. What else do you enjoy about your job?"
JR sits there and thinks for a second and then says "That I get to travel around and see the different states but there is one thing I always remember, there's no place like home here in Mooresville, N.C"
"Ok." Ashley said.
"Do you have a dream you want to follow in now?" JR asked as a curious question. He was beginning to really like her.
�Kind of but I am not sure." Ashley said as she though about the question
"What is that dream?" Jr asked as he got more and more curious.
"That dream is doing interviews for all of the NASCAR drivers." Ashley answered
"Want some advice on how to get in the business?� JR said as he thought of something he did last night.
Ashley shakes her head yes and JR continued. "I was just playing last night on the internet looking at an article on foxsports.com and they need somebody to take Steve Burn's spot since he's leaving. So, you should send in a application and see if you get hired."
"Ok. I will send in an application in to foxsports.com later. Thanks!� Ashley said as she got excited.
"Your welcome. Listen, I gotta go to the meeting so good luck on getting the job." JR said. He then got up and started to leave.
"Thanks for the tour and talking to me. It was nice meeting you. Bye." Ashley said.
Amanda then came back and sat on the bench. "How was it?" She asked right away.
"Ok.� Ashley said trying to stay calm.� He's very nice and he answered some questions. He also explained why I shouldn't be nervous and give me career tips. Where did you go, Amanda?�
"Peeked in the windows of the restaurant and saw Mikey." Amanda said.
"Did you went in and talk to him?" Ashley asked very intently
"No because the security guard was standing right in front of the door." Amanda said with a angry voice
"Ohh. ok" Ashley said. "Amanda, I�m gonna go home and apply for this job since jr told me where to go. bye." She gave Amanda a hug and ran off. Amanda waved bye to Ashley. Then she just was waiting if anyone else comes.
