You will need for each basket:
2 pieces of strong, different christmas coloured paper  (eg. green and gold) 8 x 20cm and a strip 1.5 x 15cm, scissors, a pencil and ruler, glue.
Place the 8 x 20cm strips together and fold in half. See (1)
Draw a rounded curve at the top of the 8 x 20  open ends then draw a vertical line 8 cm up from the centre bottom of the folded edge. See (2 )
Cut along the drawn lines, separate the 2  pieces of paper and arrange them as in  (3) & (4) and tuck 1st flap of piece A between the 2 layers of B and bring it out through the slit in B.
Pull the top flap of piece B to the left and bring the 2nd flap of A to the front. See (5) and (6)
Tuck the top flap of B between the layers of the 2nd flap of A. Then take the bottom flap of B from behind A and pull to the left. Bring it back and tuck it into the bottom pocket of the 1st flap of A. See (7) and (8)
Raise the 2nd flap of A and tuck it into B. See (9)
Glue the strip to the top of the heart basket as in (10). Now your basket is ready to fill with lollies.
