What a year it has been, chemotherapy treatments, hospital stays or regular visits, fevers, infections, viruses, blood and platelet transfusions and of course a bone marrow transplant.
On Monday my red blood cell count slipped below the required minimum and I received a transfusion. My platelets were low but above the required minimum for the week. My white cell count was still on the increase.
I still visit the hospital everyday for anti-biotics and some intra-venous hydration.
One year later and the battle continues....
