What a day! So much of pain. My mouth and throat hurt endlessly. There are no words to explain the agony. The painkillers help but just....
All part of the road to recovery I guess, the doctors say I will go down before I come up.
I wasn't able to eat or drink today so I was put onto a feeding machine. Not as bad as it sounds, I had a tube insterted through my nose which is attached to a pump that regulates the amount of nutrition I am receiving and I am fed through there 24 hours a day. All my medication is also given through the tube as well. So no eating for a while, that's going feel strange.
By the way the tube doesn't hurt it just feels a bit uncomfortable.
I slept most of the day and that's all I hope I will be doing for next few days because I don't have enough energy to do anything else. I do get up and walk a little to keep the blood circulating though.
