We first meet Cordelia on the Buffy's first day at school. Look at that gorgeous shoulder length brown glossy silky smooth hair. The style is simply and yet so right for Cordelia. Not overdoing it. By the next two years, Cordelia outgrows the fringe. Her hair is gorgeous as usual and it seems brushed back and falls on the sides as if there is no parting. This look helps her hair have more volume. By now, she begins to wear it more differently mostly in a pony tail or simply let down. There's no evidence of her cutting it or it growing so we assume that she trims it to keep it at that length. 

After graduation and moving to LA, Cordelia picks up the latest styles just so she can look her best for her acting career. It grows much longer this time and she has the opportunity to experiment. She even curls it slightly to create a nice wavy effect and locks. This look is nicely maintained though Cordelia doesn't do much with style her. But it seems to be too much maintenance whilst auditioning for commercials, organizing a detective agency and saving the world. Because the next thing you know...

By the end of the year, the cropped, layered look is gone. However its much shorter, up to chin level and neatly cut. There are little short bits on the side and even streaked with gold. This creates a new look for her and looks great. The black hair is grown out, back to its natural brown. She doesn't do much with style except keeping it brushed behind her ears. Short bits at the front curve back out in front. This time it is mainly parted on the side creating a little side fringe that frames her face nicely.

After being in Pylea where there is a lack of hair products and fashionable taste, Cordelia comes back without the gold streaks. Her hair seems to have grown down to just above the shoulders again. It's cleanly trimmed at the ends and parted more the to middle. Her hair also looks thinner and creates a more modern woman look instead of her previous 'highschool' hair styles. Longer again, Cordelia actually gets a chance to stylise it. Going out to see a ballet performance, Cordelia topples it on her head letting loose strands fall around her face to frame it.  

At the end of that year, Cordelia again changes her style. This time she cuts her hair off past chin level so it is level with her ears. The hair is dyed blondish gold from the roots down. It is parted at the side again and cropped around her head neatly. The look is reasonable but not one of the highlights since her hair is way too short. This look stays for the next year until it eventually grows out.

Thankfully the short hair grows out along with the blondish gold dye. Her hair eventually grows back down to her chin and brown again, cropping around her face. This look stays so throughout the entire year, even when she's evil and pregnant. It looks nice but is a bit ordinary.

All that time in a coma, I'm amazed at how the WFH doctors could take the time and skill to perm and curl Cordelia's hair. Oh well, when she wakes up this looks is gorgeous! Its longer than last season and is beautiful, up to shoulder length. It's parted on the side and she's left the curls to frame her face. The hair is a little lighter than last years so I suspect highlights may have been done. Anyway, the look is gorgeous for Cordelia.
