Miroku:
Miroku, a very powerful monk with a hole in his right hand that can suck in anything. Miroku seems to be between the ages of 18-20. Miroku is a very kinda hearted monk. Yeah, he wishes. He is very perverted and will do anything to win a lady's heart. Though he does have his moments of kindness and wisdom. He always screws it up by doing something pervert. 'Will you bear me a child?'
The group has better chance at sleep at night when he is around. He uses his Budda power to get them into homes. He always says that there is some evil about in the place and that it needs a exorcism. And for that they spend the night in the big and richest looking house. His 'little white lies' do get him into trouble later on with Hachi, his faithful tanki. A raccoon that can change simliar to Shippo's powers. Hachi is very faithful to Miroku. Its known that Hachi used to watch over Miroku when he was a bit younger.
Miroku received the hole in his right hand through Naraku. Miroku grandfather was hunting down Naraku and was deceived by a beautiful women, and since perversion runs in the family his grandfather was fooled. And Naraku struck him in the right hand piercing it. Giving him the Kazanna (Air Void). The Kazanna opens up more and more each year. When it gets big enough it will rip open and pull in anything around it. Including the person with it. Miroku's father fell to this fate and Miroku does not wish to do the same, but he is afraid that he will. So every beautiful women he crosses he asks them to bare his child so they will continue to hunt down Naraku.
Miroku joins Inuyasha and Kagome, mostly on Kagome's behave. His perversion leads him to great trouble with ladies and demon alike. There later in the story Miroku seems to be draw an attraction to Sango. �He does like to grab her butt the most.' stated Inuyasha, but Kagome can clearly see that its more than just his normally perversion. He is really attracted to Sango. Though Sango does not like the Houshi's tricks. She finds some way or another to fend him off. Miroku is very honest with the group. And he does carry some of the wisdom of the group. His Kazanna is more than useful. And he has the tendency to cheer the group up when they are down, or protect them when they need it the most.
