Drallar

Drallar, wrapped in its fleecy overcast, is a rich city of reaching towers and jeweled inurbs. the royal palace rises above all else, topped by a revolving minaret in which His Driest Majesty Dewe Nog Na occasionally  comes to sit  and ponder the wealthy city over which he presides.
There is another Drallar: Where the common people live in the squalor of the marketplace....
