Deb's Cakes and Mints
I have been baking and decorating cakes for
over 20 years, for any occasion: Valentines Day, St. Patrick's
Day, graduations, halloween, birthdays, showers, weddings and
anniversaries, and just fun get togethers. Cakes have ranged in
serving sizes from a family of 4 to over 450 people.

Flavors
You may pick from a variety of flavors: milk chocolate,
german chocolate, lemon, strawberry, carrot, pumpkin, white, golden
vanilla, and champaign. Then put a white, chocolate or butter cream
frosting between the layers or maybe you would like a lemon or raspberry
filling.
Styles of cakes
You can have round individual cakes to tiered
and sheet cakes, oval, hexagon, square, heart, and characters. If you
are picking out a wedding or anniversary you may want to add some pillars,
stairways or a fountain to help create the look and style you want.
Don't forget to add a dish of nuts and mints and some punch to help
finish off the cake table. I have a variety of mint molds. The most
popular are the hearts, flowers and leaves. I also have hats and diplomas
for a graduation party.
