Your new comedy series TV To Go starts on Monday, what is it all about - and do you prefer comedy or drama?
James, Sunderland

TV To Go is a fun sketch show with the general theme being life in the modern world.
We look at the funny side of technology. I play a character who tries hard to sell insurance over the telephone sitting in front of her computer speaking to people on her headset.
She tries various desperate measures - like phoning the fire brigade and telling them her house is on fire and she wished she'd bought insurance from her firm. But she is always unsuccessful. I was filming it at the same time as Bad Girls otherwise I would like to have been in it more.

Can you really play football as you were a good player in Playing The Field?

"No I am rubbish. Diane once scored a goal with her bum!"

Which football team do you support and will you be watching the FA Cup final at the weekend?

I am from Hull so I was brought up on Rugby League. I tend to only watch European and World Cup matches.
While we were filming Playing The Field, we trained with Arsenal ladies.

You are the best actress in Bad Girls - spiteful but cool. I'm 15 and want to be an actress. I've bought the book Contacts, recommended by Claire King and Lindsey Fawcett. Is there any advice you can give me?
Charlie Cowan, Hitchin, Herts

Drama school is good for fun as well as experience. But make sure the course you choose is accredited by the National Council for Drama Training (NCDT). In the meantime try to get as much experience through youth theatre and invite agents to your shows. See Contacts. Good luck!!

Which of your TV projects did you like working on the best? And who is your favourite actor or actress in the movies?
Michael Kane, Basingstoke, Hampshire

I think it has to be Catherine Cookson's A Dinner Of Herbs because I loved the costumes and riding horses. It was like a real fantasy world - like being inside a book. Kate Winslett is my favourite actress, I wish I could be like her! I also love Emma Thompson. I also like Scots Ewan MacGregor, John Hannah and Robert Carlyle. My husband is Scottish too.

Would you like to work in films, and if so, what sort of stuff would you like to do? Leon, Doncaster

My ambition is to work on a film like Four Weddings and a Funeral or Sense and Sensibility. I really enjoyed watching them. It seems out of this world that I would work on an American movie although my good friend Marsha Thomason (Shazza in Playing The Field) has just finished working on a film in the States starring Martin Lawrence. I am very proud of her.

Who do you admire and why? Sheila, Dunstable

I am a big fan of Madonna because I think she is not only cool but very smart. I am going to see her in concert in Paris and I can't wait.

I run your www.debrastephenson.co.uk website! What do you think of it? You say you are shocked that young kids like Shell so much. When you were a child, what would you have thought about a character like Shell? And if you had to be locked up for a day in a real life prison cell, which famous person would you take with you and who would you hate to be banged up with?
Sarah Hodges

I've just had a look at your site and I am really thrilled. I think it is so cool and I am very flattered that you wanted to set it up.
I do find it a bit worrying that so many young people particularly the girls, like Shell so much. But I am glad just so long as they don't think of her as a role model. I think people realise that the character is unhappy being so nasty.
But she can't help it because she is mentally disturbed. If I had to be locked up with someone, obviously I would prefer to be with my husband. If not it would have to be someone I could have a good girlie chat with like Mel B.
I met her on the Brian Conley Show - which is being shown tonight on ITV at 8pm - and she is really nice.
