George Fuller Harris was born about 1743, York Co., VA and died March 10, 1826 Lincoln Co., KY. He has been established as a patriot in the Revolutionary War by Anne Vestral-Miller. He married Elizabeth Manning. It is believed that all their children were born in Pittsylvania Co., VA and that Elizabteh died there. For more about George Fuller Harris Moses was a charter member of Wolf Creek United Baptist Church founded in 1807, today which is Pleasant Point Baptist. Interesting note: Lois Harris Redding, a Harris researcher, claims that George Fuller Harris married a widow, Phoebe Katherine Bailey who had 10 children, implying that George was not their birth father. This seems a liitle far fetched to me. Children of George Fuller Harris: |
