| In an effort to assist all students in meeting national standards, Louisiana Department of Education has set standards in Science. Using a Science WebQuest created to meet national standards and state benchmarks can present science content knowledge, science inquiry methods, familiarize students with science vocabulary, and guide them to an understanding of the world around them. Receiving scientific instruction during the early years of their educational career gives students a better opportunity for success as they meet the challenges of the upper grade science curriculum and standardized testing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
