Diana rolls eyes as Yukio leaves. "And the award for most supportive counter part goes to?"
"I discovered Role Play when I was at that fragile age of 15. I thought I had died and gone to heaven after discovering it. Finally, a (legal) way to express myself, where I wasn't labeled "different," but NORMAL. See, within Vampire: The Masqurade, it's normal to be different from everyone else; it's normal to be a little odd, original, the very thing that defines us as "freaks" in society, our individualality. We don't fit into the social norm, and we're frowned upon for it. Patriots, atrists, every "good" American preaches indivuality, independance, but when we display our true colors, we're cast out. In role play, we can release some of that frustration that builds up from being molded into something we're not and don't want to be, as society tries to do. Maybe I'm looking into the whole thing a little more than I should, but I usually do with everything. By playing someone who is "not really me," but in actuality a part of me, I can taste "acception." Acception is a very powerful thing. Poeple (especially teenagers) alter their looks, their attitudes, their very personalities, all to be accepted, to be "one of the popular girls (or boys)." I never had a chance at being accepted, and as I live in the stix, even the freaks are at a minimum, so I can't find comfort with "my own kind." Through role play, I found people after my own heart, "my kind!" Not the characters, but the players. I found people who understood me, and what it feels to be cast out. Nevermind that majority of them are at least 1,000 miles from my current position, just to be understood is a thing devine.
Thus, Sailor Moon art is cool, and I am a collector of it, so back off! *cough* Scuse me... Sailor Moon started my obsession with anime. Did I say obsession? I meant fasination, of course.
"So, what else is there to say? Did I hear someone ask about my other interests? Well, of course there's vampires and anime, but I also love fantasy. I collect unicorns. I also love tattoo's, in moderation. Click here to see my trip to the tattoo parlour and my last Halloween party."
