"It is September 1930 and guests are gathering for the wedding of Agatha Christie and Max Mallowan when a scream rings out and a terrible murder has been committed!"
That is the background to the Strange Happenings Murder Mystery especially devised for the Edinburgh Fringe 2003.
Set--and being performed - in the very chapel in which Agatha Christie was married, but bearing little or no resemblance to actual fact "Death in The Chapel!" the usual Strange Happenings mixture of outrageous characters and tongue in cheek plot!
"Death In The Chapel" has now finished a very successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe 2003.
82 performances over four weeks with 26 shows totally sold out and extra shows added to cope with demand.
If you missed it this year, plans are already underway for Strange Happenings Murder Mysteries at the Edinburgh Fringe 2004. In the meantime, see some of the reviews from this years production.
