Here's No Peace

When my friend from Korea sent me this CD, I was estatic, knowing that it was twice as rare as the Blackcrowned boxed set--only 5,000 copies were printed! You cannot find releases like it in the Seattle area. The underground cd store I buy my death and black metal at never has albums like Panzer Division Marduk, Dark Endless, Here's No Peace or Fuck Me Jesus. Fuck!
The album begins with an instrumental "Here's No Peace," filled with dissonant guitars. "Still Fucking Dead" offers brutal vocals, crazy guitar licks, ultra fast drumming and a cool synth part. I liked it so much I listened to it at least five times straight before moving on to the next song. I think it rivals classics like "Panzer" "502" and "Of Hell's Fire."
The vocals on "Within the Abyss" are halfway between screeching and low, gutteral bellowing. "In Conspiracy With Satan" has that classic Marduk vocal rhythm with low, heavy guitars. Awesome fucking guitar solo! The last track, "Woman of Dark Desires," is a Bathory cover that has the best chorus and some awesome guitar chords. It really gets in your head. Check it out!!!!
