I am very excited to have a copy of the new Marduk Hearse single!!! Here's my thoughts to the two new songs:
1. Hearse--Dark heavy vocals, Legion gets a writing credit on this one, I read in an interview that Legion helped write some of the songs on World Funeral. I love Morgan's solo work on this, it keeps the old dark sound. New drummer is pretty amazing. B. War sounds like he's playing death metal bass, he so fast!
2. Phantasm--Best guitar solo EVER. Morgan is insane on this one. Worth the price of the fucking album. Chorus sounds vaguely like a Misfits song, probably homage to the Danzig tour they just did. B. War fucking rules. Who's playing rhythm guitar on this????
