Death Spiral - the man spins in a pivot position, one toe anchored in the ice, while the woman holds one hand and leans all the way back, extended and parallel to the ice
Side-by-side spins - when each partner performs a spin in unison, beside each other. No interaction between partners is made during these spins
Throw Jumps - Just like the other skating jumps, except only the woman jumps. She is aided in the take-off by her partner (these tend to go a lot higher, and a lot farther than regular jumps
Split Twist - the man throws his partner straight up; while going up the woman performs a complete split and then pulls her legs together to do 2-3 rotations. The man turns around and catches the partner facing him
Star Lift - the man lifts his partner in the air, holding her by the hip. She is in a scissor postition with either both arms suspended, or one holding onto the man's shoulder
Pair Spin - when a combination of spins are done by both partners together. They never lose contact with each other while performing this move
Lifts - a pair move where the man lifts the lady up off the ice
Overhead Lifts - a lift where one or both of the man's arms are extended fully while holding his partner above his head
Platter Lift - a lift in which the man lifts his partner overhead with his hands on her hips. She is horizontal to the ice, facing backwards
Spiral Sequence - an element where each or both skaters take turns performing spirals (long glides with the free leg extended behind)
