| Welcome To Dear John: Stories At War When I was around 9 years old, my father first opened his mouth and told a story about another soldier who had recieved a Dear John Letter while they were over there fighting for our country. After he told the story I remember getting all excited and starting to ask other questions about what the war was like, but he never answered back. Just the one story, that was the first time and the last. He has never spoken of his time there again. Now I am now 25 years old, and all my life, I have grown up wanting nothing more then to hear another Dear John Story. So I have built this site in order to collect as many Dear John stories as I can, so that I may compile them all up together in a term paper I'm writing for school, and possibly a book I want to write titled: "Dear John: Stories At War". Thanks for visiting this website I can't wait to hear from you soon!! If You have any Dear John Stories, Please, Please contact me by following any of the instructions below... |
