Time In A Bottle
If I could save time in a bottle
The first thing that I'd like to do
Is to save every day
Till eternity passes away
Just to spend them with you

If I could make days last forever
If words could make wishes come true
I'd save every day
Like a Treasure and then
Again I would spend them with you

But there never seems to be enough time
To do the things you want to do
Once you find them
I've looked around enough to know
That you're the one I want to go through time with

If I had a box just for wishes
And dreams that'd never come true
The box would be empty
Except for the memory of how
They were answered by you

But there never seems to be enough time
To do the things you want to do
Once you find them
I've looked around enough to know
That you're the one I want to go through time with

Dean was passionate about a lot of things, we shared a lot in common.   We both are big sports fans and love the sports we participated in.   We loved to talk about Aussie Rules 'Footy' and tennis as well as Ice Hockey and Baseball, even though neither of us knew much about the other's sport.   He once told me he loved my passion for hockey.   I equally loved his passion for his sports.   The Bruins and Red Sox are my teams, and Carlton was his favorite footy team.   Lleyton Hewitt was his tennis hero.  I even made a webpage on Lleyton for him.   He loved it, and that made me feel so good.   We shared pretty much the same taste in music, both loving the music from our parents era.   He used to tell me he would dance in the lounge with his mum.   Anyone who loved his mum as much as Dean did is A#1 in my book.   He talked about Ian and Jan as if  I were there and knew them well.   He loved them so, and I knew they loved him every bit as much.   I took comfort in knowing that they too were looking out for Dean.  Luke has been a champion of a brother, keeping all of his online mates informed, and even though Dean sometimes called him 'nosey Luke' he knew Luke was just being a great brother watching over him.   Dean was always questioning why I would stay with him.  Why I would put up with his wide mood swings.   He always felt he was 'unworthy' of my love.   I always told him not to say things like that, my love for him was unconditional.   When he was sick I wanted to be with him even more.   I wanted to comfort him in any way I could.   I always wanted to just hold him tightly in my arms to take away his inner pain.   He was always worried that people wouldn't or didn't like him.  But everyone who's life touched his adored him.   Dean was my life, my love, my best mate, my ambition, passion and the sunshine in my heart.  I have never met anyone who loved me as he did.   I have never loved anyone as much as I did him.   I feel a great loss in my heart, but I know he's still with me, looking down on me, and watching over me.
I know he's with all of us watching over us.  But now he has no pain.
My heart goes  out to the Christiansen family, Jan, Ian and all of our friends in our loss of this beautiful human being.
I Love You, Dean.    Always and Forever.    Rest in Peace, Love.
