How do I send the news or annoucements to DeafAtlantic Canada ?
Send an email to [email protected] with your subject and attachments. We do not develop flyers for organizations which is their responsibility to submit it. |

What kind of news are appropiate to send out ?
DeafAtlantic Canada reserves the right to accept or revoke any news, press releases or llinks which are appropiate for the use of the website. and newsletters. For example, please send us obituary write-up from the newspaper to corroborate any death notice.
What formats are accepted and which will be used on the site ?
Accepted formats are doc, wpd, html or pdf. Other formats are accepted and we try out best to convert them. However, all postings are in PDF
and HTML
on the website.
Can I submit Videos or Vlogs ?
Yes, Videos or Vlogs can be sent with appropiate material, Send them with your embedded codes or links to us. We will post it online. Please do not send the file to the email, upload it to a video hosting site (Youtube, Motionbox, etc).
If i am late submitting the news which deadline has been passed, Can i still send them ?
Yes, any annoucements are suggested to be sent out at least one week before the event date.
When do I need to inform DeafAtlantic Canada of any cancellations of the events?
Inform us at least 12 to 24 hours piror to the event date.
Can I put TBA (To Be Announced) on the site for my event ?
No, due to scheduling conflicts in the past from other organizations wishing to book the date, in other words if your ready to book the event and take the time slot of the calendar date.
