Promotions to be given based on The Point System.
Only Generals of Divisions (Division Leaders) can promote within their Division. Division Leaders are appointed by The Clan Leader, and Division Co-Leaders, Recruiting officers, and moral officers are appointed by Division Leaders.
Promotions will not be given out freely. Do not ask to be promoted, you will be turned down.
Higher Ranking Officers will be shown respect. If you disrespect a higher ranking member you can be disciplined. if a higher ranking member asks you to do something, you do it.
The Point System is as follows:
1. New recruits start with 3 points.
2. Ranks are determined by points.
a. Private = 0-5 points
b. Specialist = 6-10
c. Corporal = 11-15
d. Sergeant = 16-20
e. Lieutenant = 21-25
f. Captain = 26-30
g. Major = 31-35
h. Colonel = 36-40
i. Division recruiter = appointed by Division Leader or higher
j. Moral Officer = appointed by Division Leader or higher
k. 1 Star General = 40+, decided by Division Leader or higher
l. 2 Star General = 40+, decided by Division Leader or higher
m. 3 Star General = 40+, decided by Division Leader or higher
n. Division Co-Leader = appointed by Division Leader or higher
o. Division Leader = appointed by Clan Leader or Co-Leader
3. I. through O. are officers. The only people with Ops to kick/ban from channle are Division leaders and Clan leaders. The above list shows seniority, all 2 Star Generals must respect Co-Leaders for example. If you are appointed by an officer, the officer can demote you if he finds someone better, or finds you are not qualified for position.
4. To gain a point, you challenge pother members. Each challenge must be viewed by a person of higher rank than the competitors or saved as replay and shown to an officer of their Division. A higher rank (i.e. corporal) can't challenge lower ranks (i.e. specialist). However, lower ranks can challenge uppers (i.e. specialist challenges corporal). Higher ranks can always refuse challenges, but if competitors are the same rank, they only get 2 refusals per week.
5. The competitors have the option to bet more than 1 point on the challenge, but no less than 1 and no more than 5. Both players must agree to it. The winner gets the number of points and the loser loses the same number of points. Challenges cannot cross divisions (i.e. melee player can't challenge sniper to a melee game for points).
If someone is caught lying about their number of points, they lose one point. The second time it happens, 2 points. Then 4. Then 8. Then they're banned from the clan.
6. If you lose all your points, you go on suspension for a week. During the week, you can't challenge anyone, or be challenged by anyone. At the end of the week, you get 3 points.
7. ACTUAL CHALLENGES FOR POINTS MUST BE OVER SEEN BY OFFICERS. BEFORE BEGINNING A CHALLENGE, TELL AN OFFICER. OFFICER MUST BE OF RANK EQUAL TO OR HIGHER THAN MORAL OFFICER. If someone goes wrong, or someone cheats, or a fight breaks out over what someone said, go to division leaders instead of fighting in channel. They will decide whether points will be given, taken, or left alone.
8. Division Leaders have the right to give out points to division members who are active, show extrodinary skill, act mature ect.
9. Recruiting for your division gets you 1 point per recruit. although, points will only be counted for recruiting until the recruiter reaches the rank of Captain.
10. Points can be given out by clan Leaders to individuals who who go above and beyond the call of duty(i.e. offer to organize tournys for their division or a clan wide tourny, are extremely active on clan Forum, ect.)
These rules are subject to change at any time and without warning, So check often
