The clan is divided into Divisions. And each division has a Division Leader and sometimes co-leader. All new recruits choose which Division they want to join based on what kind of games they are good at and/or like to play.

Clan members can switch Divisions at any time, only requirement is that you tell your current Division Leader you are leaving and that your new Division leader knows about you joining his Division
