| Coldsweat continues its sonic assault on the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and they're sounding better than ever! At a recent gig at the hugely cavernous but tastefully decorated Mr. Slate's Top Brass Lounge (March 31), I discovered they have added Jimmy Reed's "Big Boss Man" and a slow, beautifully executed "How Many More Years" (Freddie King) by all four members to their regular, well-chosen repertoire of Blues and Blues-Rock rock standards by Albert King, Freddie King, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, among others. In addition to having a very professional-sounding "promo" CD of covers, they are currently working on a new CD which will include originals written primarily by Anthony. D.D.
